THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE (the “Terms”) ARE A LEGAL AND BINDING
AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND GIPSEE, INC.(“Gipsee”), and  its brand "AllerSchool"  governing your use of this software.

Please review the Terms fully before you continue to use or rely on the information produced as a result of the using of any feature of this software. By using the Software, you agree to be bound by the Terms.

Gipsee, Inc., its founders, employees, shareholders, affiliates or business partners Inc. make no warranties that the information contained in this software application or, the result of information produced as a result of the usage of this software application is accurate or complete.

We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information or for the results produced herein, or the outcome relating to the use of such information. The information  is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice.

Any activity or change in behavior you undertake or induce including but not limited to your decisions to suggest to your clients to consume or not to consume any foods stemming from the use of this application and software should be based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, your own due diligence with respect to any products, services, or information.

The information presented/obtained as a result of the usage of any of Gipsee Inc.'s proprietary software is not a substitute for your personal obligation to conduct appropriate levels of due diligence.

You agree to bear the full responsibility for inquiring into the potential food-allergies of your clients by asking questions, entering the applicable food restrictions of your clients into the Gipsee software input mechanisms, and ensuring appropriate safe food preparation procedures are in place and being followed each and every time you use this software – regardless of how many times you have used the software in the past.

Menus, ingredients and food preparation methods are subject to frequent changes and you bear the ultimate responsibility of taking such changes into consideration before relying on the information produced by the software and suggesting menu offerings to your clients.

BY AGREEING TO USE THIS SOFTWARE, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT GIPSEE, INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RESULTS OF YOUR DECISIONS RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, YOUR CHOOSING TO TAKE (OR NOT CHOOSING TO TAKE) A SPECIFIC COURSE OF ACTION BASED ON THE INFORMATION PROVIDED.

The purpose of Gipsee, Inc.'s software is to provide a guide to allergy friendly menu choices given an individual's varied food-allergic restrictions and preferences. Its purpose is to quickly filter through your establishments various menu offerings,(based on your publicly disclosed representations of food ingredients contained in your menu offerings), and, to produce instantaneous menus of acceptable choices for your clients.

Gipsee cannot guarantee and does not confirm that the Menu choices produced for your clients as a result of the usage of its software will result in harmless or medically acceptable food choices. Gipsee does not, and cannot guarantee the occurrence of any cross-contamination of food products nor the safety of food items for any food-allergies, intolerances or preferences that your clients may have.
